Dear patients,

We place great importance on adhering to precise appointment schedules for your therapy sessions in order to minimize waiting times, usually no longer than 10 minutes. To ensure prompt treatment for both you and other patients, we kindly request that you inform us in advance of any appointments you are unable to attend. Cancellations should be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You can do this in person, by phone, via email, or through our online contact form. If you are unable to reach us personally, please leave a message on our answering machine or send us an email. We are available around the clock, including weekends, through these communication channels. Health insurance companies do not provide compensation to therapy practices for missed sessions, which means we cover the loss of income incurred in such cases. If you fail to cancel an appointment or provide less than 24 hours' notice, we will bill you privately for the income loss. The amount will be based on the unpaid compensation from the health insurance company, which corresponds to the prescribed therapy treatment determined by your doctor.

Note: The regulations regarding private invoicing for untimely canceled appointments are in accordance with §611 / §615 BGB. This stipulates that individuals who do not utilize an agreed-upon service (such as the treatment) under a service contract (such as the treatment contract) are still required to pay the agreed-upon fee.
